The gym is for everyone and so is personal training. It truly doesn't matter if you have never set foot in a gym before or you are a confident gym goer, because everyone can use a point in the right direction sometimes.

With both my professional dance background and my personal training qualifications combined, I am a great choice for your fitness needs.

'Three sessions weekly' Package

This package is perfect for those of you who are ready to make a change but not sure where to start. Kick start your fitness journey with the 'three sessions weekly' package then move on to the 'two sessions weekly' package and after a few months of building up your confidence, knowledge and strength, carry on pushing yourself with the 'one session weekly' package to stay on course and accomplish your goals.

What's included?

- Physical and nutritional analysis, advice and goal setting

- Tailored gym plan that you can keep

- Three personal training sessions with me weekly (for four weeks)

- Weekly Check-ins (whilst you are training with me)

'Two sessions weekly' Package

This package is the option for you if you require a little more encouragement and support than just one session weekly, but have enough confidence to visit the gym on your own as well in order to achieve your goals in as little time as possible. 

What's included?

- Physical and nutritional analysis, advice and goal setting

- Tailored gym plan that you can keep

- Two personal training sessions with me weekly (for four weeks)

- Weekly Check-ins (whilst you are training with me)

'One session weekly' Package

This package is the best option for you if you already know the basics and are just in need of some guidance. Build your knowledge with me to take your training to the next level and reach your goals with some assistance.

What's included?

- Physical and nutritional analysis, advice and goal setting

- Tailored gym plan that you can keep

- One personal training session with me weekly (for four weeks)

- Weekly Check-ins (whilst you are training with me)

'One session monthly' subscription

Sign on to the 'One session monthly' subscription for those of you that have completed either one, two or three sessions weekly with me and are ready to take your new lifestyle in your stride with a check in each month to ensure y and let me do the hard work outside the gym so that you can keep pushing yourself from within.

What's included?

- Tailored plan specific your goals that you get to keep

- Updated plan each month to ensure you keep seeing results

- One personal training session with me a month 

- Monthly check-ins (whilst you are training with me)

'Two sessions monthly' Subscription

Let me do the hard work outside the gym so that you can keep pushing yourself from within. This subscription is for those of you wanting to use your new found knowledge, strength and confidence to take up space in the gym and train by yourself with a little push every other week.

What's included?

- Tailored plan specific your goals that you get to keep

- Updated plan each month to ensure you keep seeing results

- Two personal training sessions with me a month 

- Monthly check-ins (whilst you are training with me)

'Gym Buddy' Package

This is a popular package for those of you who like the comfort of training with your bestie. It’s made a big difference for many of my clients and now it is time to make sure you show up and hold each other accountable!

What's included?

- Physical and nutritional analysis, advice and goal setting

- Tailored gym plan that you can both keep

- One personal training session with me weekly (for four weeks)

- Weekly Check-ins (whilst you are training with me)

Having completed an initial 8 sessions (twice weekly) with Phoebe, I wouldn't consider using any other PT. She is knowledgable in both fitness and nutrition. She is encouraging without being too pushy and making me feel uncomfortable. She is an incredibly upbeat and positive person who will happily go the extra mile to help me hit my goals. I strongly recommend her!
